Abstract
This Law establishes the competent authority and duties of the competent bodies for the correct and necessary implementation of the Regulation (EC) no. 258/97 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 January 1997 concerning novel foods and new food ingredients (OJ L 43, 14 2nd 1997) and related to its application on the Croatian territory.
