Abstract
This Law establishes an institutional framework for the use of European Union funds within the framework of shared management starting from the financial period 2021-2027. The Law directly determines the implementation of activities aimed to strengthen the capacity of the institutional framework for the use of EU funds and users, partners and collaborators on projects financed from EU funds. In the Republic of Croatia, EU funds are implemented within the framework of shared management for the implementation of the following objectives: 1. Cohesion policies of the EU; 2. Common fisheries and maritime policies of the EU; 3. Security policies of the EU; 4. Common agricultural policies of the EU; (2) EU funds as listed above shall be used on the basis of the program: 1. programs that support the goal of "Investing for growth and jobs": a) Operational Program Competitiveness and Cohesion 2021 – 2027; b) Operational program Effective human resources 2021 – 2027; c) Integrated Territorial Program 2021 – 2027; 2. programs that support the goal of "European Territorial Cooperation" (and other, see article 3 for full list).
