Abstract
This Law hereby adopts the necessary rules and officially regulates the conditions and manner of implementation of the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1435/2003 of 22 July 2003 on the Statute of the European Cooperative Society-Societas cooperativa Europaea (SCE).
The rules here adopted are aimed to confirm the Agreement on the European Economic Area and its mandatory extension on the territory of the Republic of Croatia (as member State of the Union).
