Abstract
This Law officially confirms the ratification of the Agreement between the Croatian Government and the Commission of the European Communities on the rules for cooperation in connection with the financial assistance of the European Commission aimed for the Republic of Croatia, and the implementation of assistance under the Component V (of the IPARD-Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance for Rural Development of the European union), signed in Brussels and Zagreb on 13 October 2008.
