Abstract
This Law shall affect the testing, approval for marketing, production and fabrication, transportation and supervision, advertising, and entry into the register of Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of veterinary medicines and medicinal supplements for animal health care, especially in terms of their quality, efficacy and safety, and thereby protect human health from drug residues in foods of animal origin, veterinary medicinal products and homeopathic products, and supervision of medicinal food for animals.
Remedies under this Law shall be considered: drug product that is offered for sale under the name of the selected product in the original equipment, intended for the end user, including: biological products that foster active resistance or passive animal protection; high-technology medicine or biotechnology; drugs from animal blood or plasma; medicines with vitamins, minerals and amino acids; chemical substances, vegetable, of mineral or animal origin with the proved beneficial effects that are used for the development of veterinary medicine; preparation in pharmacies draw up for a particular user, according to veterinarians individually recipe; other products named by the special regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
