Abstract
This Order, as for the scope to prevent the introduction of foot-and-mouth animal infectious disease on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, ensures that while the danger continues, entities responsible for shipments of live animals susceptible to foot-and-mouth disease kept before shipment on the territory of the states of Hungary and Slovakia outside the restricted zones shall be obliged to fulfill specific hygiene sanitary requirements as specified in this text. Shipments of animals referred to in article 1 of this Order and shipments of sheep and goats originating from Romania, Bulgaria or Greece due to confirmation of plague of small ruminants must be subject to documentation, identification and physical examination at the destination by an authorized veterinarian of the competent delegated body.
