Abstract
This Order here determines the necessary animal health measures, due to the very high risk of the appearance and spread of avian influenza and for the purpose of its early detection and prevention of further spread. This text defines the implementation of specific measures that are aimed for the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia and for all facilities where poultry and birds are kept in captivity. Article 2 enables the function of restriction zones that will be established, among protection zones and surveillance zones. The list of areas covered by the protection zone and the monitoring zone from will be determined by a decision that has to be published on the website of the Ministry of Agriculture. The measures determined by this Order remain in force until further notice, until, based on the risk assessment in relation to avian influenza animal disease, the conditions for their abolition are met.
