Order prohibiting the implementation of forest management works.

This Order here determines the immediate measures aimed to protect forests and forest lands from damages that may occur as a result of a natural disaster dated 19 July 2023. In accordance with the principles of sustainable forest management, the purpose of this Order is to protect the public interest and preserve forests as an asset of interest to the Republic of Croatia. This Order prohibits the implementation of the work of extracting wood forest products prescribed by the forest management plan, namely the execution of the regulations of the main and previous income, until the end of the validity of the forest management plan, in all forest land parcels that are listed in article 2.
