Abstract
This Order, with the aim to protect the juvenile hake (Merluccius merluccius) and juvenile monkfish (Lophius budegassa), prohibits commercial fishing at sea with a bottom trawl nets in: part of the fishing zone J, the so-called Jabučki pocket (shown on the map in Annex 1 of this publication), in the period from 12 June 2021 until 12 July 2021. During the period of validity of this Order, article 5, paragraph 2, item 2 of the Regulation on the special fishing management regime in the part of the Jabucka Kotlina waters (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 106/2019 and 141/2020) shall be repealed.
