Abstract
The purpose of this Ordinance is the protection of fish and other aquatic species at the juvenile stage. This Ordinance establishes the minimum size of fish and other aquatic species (listed in the text) for harvesting, collection or trade purposes. It also sets out the closed season for certain crustaceans. Provisions of this Ordinance shall not be applied for mariculture.
