Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the agro-technical measures that owners and holders of agricultural land must carry out when processing agricultural land in order not to diminish its prudential value.
The agro-technical measures object of this text are: minimum level of cultivation and maintenance of agricultural land favorable for plant breeding; preventing edgings and overgrowing with multi-year crops; suppression of organisms harmful to plants; management of plant residues; maintaining of organic matter and humus in the soil; maintaining the favorable soil structure; erosion protection; maintaining of general soil fertility.
The Annex is also an integrated part of this publication (administrative forms).
