Abstract
This Regulation prescribes a full set of rules, including the method and criteria for the correct allocation of custom tariff quotas related to the imports of agricultural products and foodstuffs originating in the World Trade Organization member countries and the countries with which Croatia has concluded a preferential trade regime, in accordance with the Regulation on the Customs Tariff.
Tariff quotas are annually regulated following the updates of the Customs Tariff.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, except for article 11 which shall enter into force on the day of Croatian accession to the European Union.
