Abstract
This Regulation prescribes necessary procedure and conditions for the correct distribution of quotas for exports to the European Union related to the sugar and sugar products originating from the Croatian Republic.
Sugar and sugar products in terms of this Regulation are those products or articles with heading N. 1701 and 1702 of the Croatian Customs Tariff.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
