Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation determining the compensation fees for forests and forest land (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 12/2020).
Changes are regarding the contents of article 13 (determining fees for forest land) that are here amended (paragraphs 4 and 5). This text further adds a new article (13a) which sets new issues on compensation for forest land for the purpose of establishing easements for the construction and maintenance of infrastructure, which is established for a time while there is a reasonable purpose for which the easement was established.
