Abstract
This Regulation amends and adds certain provisions part of the Regulation on the implementation of a public tender for the lease of agricultural land and the lease of fishponds owned by the Republic of Croatia (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 104/2022). Changes are regarding the contents of article 4 (detailed procedures on the manner of submission of requests-now via specific software application); article 5 (updated list of necessary documents aimed for participants in public tenders); article 7 (some procedural matters for designated land lease commissions-transparency); article 8 (procedures regarding local government units). Also in the Annex of the original text, FORM 1, FORM 2, FORM 3 and FORM 4 are now deleted.
