Abstract
This Regulation amends and adds certain provisions to the rules and requirements already defined by the Regulation on animal health requirements for trade and imports of animals, semen, ova and embryos not subject to the requirements laid down in Annex A of Part I of the Regulation on veterinary and aquaculture animals and products in trade with the Member States of the European Union (Official Gazette 137/2013).
This text transposes into the Croatian legal system the provisions part of the Council Directive 92165/EEC of 13 July 1992 on animal health requirements for trade and imports into the European Community of animals, semen, ova and embryos not subject to the requirements laid down in the Annex A of the Directive 90/425/EEC; and its amending Commission decision 2012/112/EU of 17 February 2012.
