Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on auxiliary substances in the production process (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 38/2008).
Major changes are related to the introduction of principles and rules contained in the Directive 2009/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2009 on the approximation of the Laws of Member States relating to the extraction solvents used in the production of foodstuffs and food ingredients; and Directive 2010/59/EU of 26 August 2010 amending Directive 2009/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the approximation of the Laws of Member States relating to the extraction solvents used in the production of foodstuffs and food ingredient.
This Regulation further changes some parts of the Annex (that is an integral part of this publication).
