Abstract
This Regulation adds certain provisions to the article 1 of the Regulation on beer and beer with extras (Official Gazette 42/2005 and 57/2005).
The added paragraph states that: the provisions of this Regulation shall not apply to the products that are lawfully manufactured and/or marketed in the European Union Member State or lawfully manufactured in EFTA State that is a contracting party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area.
