Abstract
This Regulation amends the provisions of articles 3, 5, 9, 10 and 14 of the Regulation on concentrated milk and milk powder (Official Gazette 80/07).
Major changes are related to the certain definitions, marking and labelling requirements, processing standards and official control provisions.
This Regulation also provides for a new Annex I that will be applied to the Regulation on concentrated milk and milk powder (Official Gazette 80/07), by forming an integral part of the same.
