Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions of articles 3, 4, 6, 7 and 11 of the Regulation on the conditions and criteria for the approval of the necessary scope marking for trees in the private forests (Official Gazette 61/06).
Changes are related to the general provisions and definitions, technical data and standards, administrative and legal duties and requirements.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
