Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions prescribed by the Regulation on conditions and procedures for granting concessions on water and public water resources (Official Gazette 99/1996).
Changes are related to the maximum period of validity of the obtained concessions (public waters), and other financial aspects regarding the compensation for water use.
