Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on conditions, criteria and method of granting aid under measure I.22. "Value added, product quality and unwanted catch" (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 84/2017).
Changes are listed as follows: in article 7, paragraph 4, words: "article 59, paragraph 3" shall be replaced by the words: "article 55, paragraph 4; Article 8 (paragraph 6) is amended as follows: “Support shall be granted per beneficiary and per highest amount that may be obtained shall be laid down in the Tender"; paragraphs 7 and 8 of the same article are deleted; in article 9, paragraph 3, the words "paragraphs 5 and 8" are replaced by the words: "paragraphs 5 and 6".
