Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the conditions for the recognition of equivalence of forest reproductive material and on the countries they can be imported from (Official Gazette 60/2013).
Changes are related to the references of the European Council Directives that are adopted and respected as follows: Decision 1104/2012/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 November 2012 that amends the Council Decision 2008/971/EC on the forest reproductive material categories defined as "qualified"; Decision 2008/989/EC and its implementing Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/321 of 26 February 2015.
