Regulation amending the Regulation determining the compensation fees for forest and forest land.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation determining the compensation fees for forest and forest land (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 12/2020). Changes are regarding several amended and added contents to the article 13 (which provides for the formula for calculation of fees for forest use and forest land for the purpose of establishing of easements). Also a new article (13a) is here added (setting rules on exception to article 13 of this text as follows: the fee for forest land for the purpose of establishing easements for the construction and maintenance of infrastructure, which is established for as long as there is a reasonable purpose for which the easement is established, shall be calculated by a different formula which is provided in new article 13a). Article 3 states that all incomplete procedures for calculating the fee for forest land for the purpose of establishing easements for exploration for the purpose of exploitation of mineral resources and for construction and maintenance of infrastructure, which is established at a time when there is a reasonable purpose for which the easement was established, adopted by the date of entry into force of this text, shall be completed in accordance with the provisions of the same.
