Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on direct payments in agriculture (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 100/2009).
Changes are related to the general terms and their definition; specific animal marking rules for animal owners; and some issues regarding the farms selected for on-the-spot control on the basis of risk analysis or other selection criteria (article 37, paragraph 8).
