Regulation amending the Regulation on energy audit for large companies.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on energy audit for large companies (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 123/2015).
Changes are regarding the contents of article 3 (setting main definitions and meaning of terms), where in paragraph 2 (item 8) is now amended as follows: “Large companies are companies that employ an average of at least 250 people during the business year and meet one of the other two conditions for classifying companies in the category of large companies in accordance with legislation governing the accounting of entrepreneurs". Other minor modifications and corrections are made to articles 9 and 11. In Article 27, paragraph 1, indent 7 is also here deleted.
