Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions of the Regulation on the environmental impact evaluation (Official Gazette 59/2000).
Major changes are related to the general terms and definitions, subject to consider part of the evaluation sector, and other provisions regarding the duties of the competent bodies on the Croatian territory.
These amendments are also cancelling the provisions of articles 6, 7 and 10 (article 10 paragraph 4 only).
This Regulation further amends certain technical provisions part of the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
