Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions of the Regulation on the environmental impact evaluation (Official Gazette 59/2000 and 136/2004).
Changes are related to the classification of the environmental aspects that are included into the evaluation sector activities.
This Regulation also amends certain technical provisions part of the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
