Abstract
This Regulation amends various provisions of articles 4, 6, 7, 12, 13, 19, 22 and 33 of the Regulation on the environmental label (Official Gazette 70/08).
Major changes are related to the competent body duties and responsibilities, technical definitions and provisions to be applied.
This Regulation also provides for minor changes of the Annex I of the Regulation on the environmental label (Official Gazette 70/08).
