Abstract
This Regulation makes changes to the article 41 of the Regulation on fulfilling of the safety data sheet (Official Gazette 39/09).
Changes are related to the duties and responsibilities of the suppliers operating with hazardous substances.
This Regulation also amends various technical provisions of the Annexes part of the Regulation on fulfilling of the safety data sheet (Official Gazette 39/09).
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
