Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions of the Regulation on the implementation of the capital investment in agriculture, fisheries and forestry (Official Gazette 47/2004 and 114/2004).
Major changes are related to the general terms and definitions, and other technical and financial standards necessary for obtaining the state incentives and/or investment related subsidy.
