Abstract
This Regulation amends some provisions provided by the Regulation on the implementation of on the measure 202 "Preparation and implementation of local rural development strategies" within IPARD programme (Official Gazette 24/2013, 36/2013 and 112/2013).
Changes are related to the cancellation pf certain provisions (such as duties and responsibilities of the Paying Agency in case of irregularities).
