Abstract
This Regulation amends many articles prescribed by the Regulation on the implementation of on the measure 202 "Preparation and implementation of local rural development strategies" within IPARD programme (Official Gazette 24/2013, 36/2013, 112/2013 and 45/2014).
Major changes are related to the contracting procedures; contracted payment issues.
