Abstract
This Regulation amends some provisions prescribed by the Regulation on the Implementation of systematic research and measures to prevent the spread and to control of potato brown rot and bacterial wilt in potato and tomato caused by Ralstonia Solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi et al. (Official Gazette 119/2006).
Changes are related to the laboratory tests (regarding the scheme for diagnosis, detection and identification of Ralstonia solanacearum (Smith) Yabuuchi et al, article 4); and changes to the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
