Abstract
This Regulation here amends certain provisions part of the Regulation implementing the measure 8 "Investments in the development of forest areas and improvement of the sustainability of forests", sub-measure 8.5. "Support for investment in improving the resilience and environmental value of forest ecosystems" of the Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatia for the period 2014-2020 (originally published by the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 31/2018).
Changes are related to the updated references of European Union thematic documents that are observed (here in particular the updates deriving from the Commission Regulation (EU) No 702/2014 of 25 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid in the agricultural and forestry sectors and in rural areas compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union).
