Abstract
This Regulation here amends certain provisions part of the Regulation implementing the measures 7 Basic Services and Renovation of Villages in Rural Areas from the Rural Development Programme of the Republic of Croatia for the period 2014-2020 (originally published by the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 48/2018).
Changes are related to the added reference of the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 907/2014 of 11 March 2014 supplementing Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to paying agencies and other bodies, financial management, clearance of accounts, securities and use of euro (article 1 of the original text); in article 51 the paragraph 5 is amended to read the following: “Proportions of up to 50% of the aid granted in the form of advance payments may be made at sub-measures 7.2 and 7.4. With the request for payment of the advance, the user is obliged to submit the guarantee of the bank on first call and without objection to the full value of the amount of the advance, unless the user is a public body”; and minor changes to the article 57.
