This Regulation changes and adds provisions to the Regulation on the list of existing active substances not permitted in biocidal products (Official Gazette 90/08).
This Regulation also adds new Annexes containing measures and data related to the biocidal product and their classification.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
