Abstract
This Regulation adds provisions to the article 3 of the Regulation on the list of existing active substances not permitted in biocidal products (Official Gazette 90/08).
Changes are related to the new and updated list of active substances, part of the amended Annexes XX and XXI.
This Regulation also provides for a new Annex XIX, part of the Regulation on the list of existing active substances not permitted in biocidal products (Official Gazette 90/08).
