This Regulation adds a new Annex, with number XXVI to the Regulation on the list of existing active substances not permitted in biocidal products (Official Gazette 90/08, 28/09, 36/10).
The new Annex XXVI is an integral part of the Regulation on the list of existing active substances not permitted in biocidal products (Official Gazette 90/08, 28/09, 36/10).

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
With the entry into force of this Regulation, the provisions of the Annex II, part of the Regulation on the list of active substances in biocidal products (Official Gazette 90/08), related to the active substances, listed under articles 3, will be no longer in use.
