Abstract
This Regulation cancels some authorized producers of forest seeds that in the past were part of the list of legally recognized producers (recognized by the competent national authorities) and already published in the Regulation on the list of recognized seed producers which are, at the request of the manufacturer, J.P. "Croatian Forests" from Zagreb, deleted from the register of producers of forest seeds (Official Gazette 79/2001, 10/2003, 100/2003, 112/2003, 22/2007 and 11/2008).
