Regulation amending the Regulation on the marketing of potato seed.

This Regulation amends various provisions part of the Regulation on marketing of vegetable seed (Official Gazette 129/2007).
Major changes are related to the: introduction (into the Croatian legal system) of the provisions and terms contained in the Commission Directive 93/17/EEC of 30 March 1993 laying down the basic classification for potatoes seed at Community level and the conditions and designations; Council Directive 2002/56/EC of 13 June 2002 on the marketing of potatoes seed; Council Directive 2003/61/EC of 18 June 2003, its amending Directive 66/401/EEC on the marketing of fodder plant seed, 66/402/EEC on the marketing of cereal seed, 68/193/EEC on the marketing of material for vegetative multiplication of the vine, 92/33/EEC on the marketing of propagating material of vegetables, other than seed, 92/34/EEC on the marketing of fruit plant propagating material, 98/56/EC on the marketing of reproductive material of ornamental plants, 2002/54/EC on the marketing of beet seed, 2002/55/EC on the marketing of vegetable seed, 2002/56/EC on the marketing of potatoes seeds, and 2002/57/EC on the marketing of seed of oil and fiber plants; Implementing Commission Directive 2013/63/EU of 17 December 2013, its amending Annexes I and II; Council Directive 2002/56/EC with regard to the minimum requirements to be met by the potatoes seed; Implementing Commission Directive 2014/20/EC of 6 February 2014 on seed classification (certified seeds); Commission Directive 2014/21/EC of 6 February 2014 establishing the minimum conditions (as regards the market and standards of the European Union) for nuclear potatoes; and many other certification and other specific technical provisions, including the changes made to the Annexes.
