Regulation amending the Regulation on measures for the prevention and suppression of the vine golden jaundice.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on measures for the prevention and suppression of the vine golden jaundice (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 48/2018).
Changes are as follows: in article 3, paragraph 1, item 1 the words: "the safety zone surrounding them" shall be replaced by the words: "one or more of the security areas surrounding them”; in article 4, paragraph 1, the words: "Croatian Center for Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs" shall be replaced by the words: "Croatian Agency for Agriculture and Food". In paragraph 2 of the same article, the words: "Croatian Agricultural and Forestry Advisory Service" shall be replaced by the words: "Ministry of Agriculture, Directorate for Professional Support for the Development of Agriculture and Fisheries”. In article 12, paragraph 2, after the words: "inspector", the words: "or the agricultural security officer in accordance with article 90 of the Agricultural Land Law" shall be added. In article 14, paragraph 1, subparagraph 1 is amended to read: "the first treatment shall be carried out in accordance with the instructions to be issued and the time limits laid down on the basis of regular monitoring of the vector."; in paragraph 1, subparagraph 3 is amended to read: “the third treatment shall be performed within the recommended time limits for vector suppression, depending on the area, or if the presence of adult vector forms is detected in July using yellow adhesive plates."; and paragraph 4 of the same article is amended to read as follows: "instructions and recommended deadlines for the suppression of vectors shall be published on the websites of the Directorate for Professional Support."; in the entire text the word "Center" is replaced by the word "Agency"; and the word "Service" is generally replaced by the words "Directorate for Professional Support".
