Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on official controls on products of animal origin (Official Gazette 99/2007, 28/2010 and 94/2011).
Major changes are related to the: modifications of the Annex I; and adoption of the principles contained in the Commission Regulation (EU) no. 739/2011 of 27 July 2011 on amendments to Annex I of Regulation (EC) No. 854/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council that defines the specific rules for the performance of official controls on products of animal origin intended for human consumption.
