Abstract
This Regulation amends some provisions of the Regulation on the organization of the natural gas market (Official Gazette 126/2010, 128/2011 and 88/2012).
Changes are related to the technical requirements and rules governing the natural gas market, and various dates and official deadlines for administrative requirements and obligations.

This Regulation enters into force on 1 April 2013, except for the provisions of articles 20a paragraph 5 and 20b paragraph 6 which will enter into force on 1 May 2013.
