Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions of articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 12, 15, 16, 17, 18, 22, 23, 26, 27, 29, 30 and 32 of the Regulation on producer ogranizations in the fruit and vegetable sector (Official Gazette 4/2010).
This Regulation cancels the provisions of the article 33 of the Regulation on producer ogranizations in the fruit and vegetable sector (Official Gazette 4/2010).
This Regulation also amends certain provisions prescribed by the Annex I.
Major changes are related to the general provisions and definitions, technical standards and financial measures.
