Regulation amending the Regulation on the recognition of producer organizations in fisheries and aquaculture, associations of organizations and professional organizations.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the recognition of producer organizations in fisheries and aquaculture, associations of organizations and professional organizations (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 112/2018).
Changes are as follows: in the first subparagraph of article 3 (paragraph 1), the following the words “in fisheries, or 3 producers in aquaculture" are added; in article 5, a new paragraph (2) is added to read "in the case of recognition of an county or local aquaculture producer organization, sufficient economic activity for the members of the organization must be at least 40% of the total quantity and value of aquaculture production on farms located in the county for which recognition is sought"; In Annex I, Table 2, the recognition information is replaced by a new Annex, that is also part of this text.
