Abstract
This Regulation amends some provisions prescribed by the Regulation on the register of extracted gravel and sand (Official Gazette 80/2010).
Changes are all official denominations and administrative terms and references. This Regulation also cancels the provisions of the article 11 (provisions regarding the users of the concession agreement).
This Regulation further changes some technical and administrative issues and forms, part of the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
