Regulation amending the Regulation on the requirements for inclusion in the program of monitoring and implementation of the monitoring program of dietary supplements, food supplemented with vitamins, minerals and other substances, and foods with nutrition and health claims.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the requirements for inclusion in the program of monitoring and implementation of the monitoring program of dietary supplements, food supplemented with vitamins, minerals and other substances, and foods with nutrition and health claims (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 83/2013).
Changes are made to the contents of article 2 (setting general scopes and list of foods object of the text); except dietary supplement intended for infants and young children is added to the article 4; contents of the article 5 (foodstuffs or food supplements containing plant species); article 7 is here deleted. Also see article 6 of this amending publication, setting out additional provisions on dietary supplement intended for infants and young children.
