Abstract
This Regulation adds several provisions to the Regulation on the spatial and temporal limitation of the performance of commercial fishing with surrounding nets for sardines in 2017 (Official Gazette of the republic of Croatia 123/2017).
The added provisions are related to the additional list of marine fishing areas to be considered under the terms of this Regulation (also by adding the Annex containing the map of these new areas); and concrete spatial and time limitations that are updated (see article 2).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
