Abstract
This Regulation amends many articles prescribed by the Regulation on special conditions for the performance of water research and other hydrogeological works, preventive moves, ordinary and extraordinary flood, and detailed management structures for amelioration of water drainage and irrigation structures (Official Gazette 83/2010 and 126/2012).
Major changes are related to the minimum education and professional qualification of the operators; and the introduction of the standard ISO 14001.
This Regulation also amends certain parts of the Annex.
The amended part of the Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
